The Picture Book Award is voted for by Year 3 and 4 pupils across schools in Bishop’s Stortford. Organised and hosted by Bishop’s Stortford College Library and promoted throughout the local area via posters, flyers, and social media channels.

Since 2022 the look and feel of the promotional materials has been consistent using the illustrations from the shortlisted books to create a fun, colourful composition to engage children and parents alike.

The Book Award is for older pupils and adults. The promotional materials again use imagery from the nominated titles.
